These intense training sessions are designed to incorporate discipline, education and divine wisdom with serving Senior Leaders under the anointing. Servant Leaders are taught the importance of consistency, humility and submitting to authority. These Boot Camps are strategically designed to address sensitive areas that many Senior Leaders may have a need or desire to address, but are not comfortable discussing certain subjects with their subordinates in the ministry. We deal with sexual attractions to Senior Leadership, financial obligations and expectations, avoiding the spirit of offense, returning to your blessed place after you've left prematurely, overcoming jealousy of other team members and we teach them how to remain planted when they feel they are serving a harsh or insensitive Leader. There are over 20 sessions to choose from. And every Boot Camp is customized to meet the individual needs of each ministry. We cover governing prophetic atmospheres effectively, knowing when to speak and when to remain silent, we give step-by-step instructions on what to do when your Leader has a ministry assignment from the moment they arrive until they leave the premises. There are sections that deal with things like confidentiality, growing your team and we even address grooming and personal hygiene along with so much more! Facilitated in either 4, 6, 8 or 12 three-hour sessions, these empowering workshops always shift the entire trajectory of every ministry that participates in them. They stir passion for greater levels of sacrifice and servitude in the people. Everyone wants to be a part of something that is excellent!
